Welcome to Flywheel-UAE.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and purchases. By purchasing our devices or accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

Flywheel-UAE.com is operated by Flywheel ME FZC, a company registered and operating in the United Arab Emirates, acting as an official distributor and representative of leading fitness brands.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use this website and make purchases.

3. Product Information & Availability

All products and services listed on this website are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or updated without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

4. Pricing & Payments

All products remain Flywheel ME FZC property until full payment has been made. You hereby agree that the corresponding invoice of any purchase is sent to you electronically unless otherwise agreed. Orders made in another person’s name without the person’s consent will be reported to the authorities.

- All prices are listed in AED or your selected currency and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

- Full payment is required upfront for all orders.

- We accept Stripe payments (credit/debit cards) and bank transfers. Bank transfer orders will be confirmed upon receipt of funds.

- For custom projects or full facility solutions, instalment payments may be arranged, subject to agreement and credit approval.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

- Brand and manufacturer lead times.
- Product type and production schedules.
- Country of origin and export processes.
- International freight and customs clearance.

As we source from multiple countries, estimated delivery periods are communicated prior to purchase. All timelines are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays caused by factors outside our control — including but not limited to manufacturing delays, freight carrier issues, port congestion, customs inspections, documentation holds, or international transport disruptions — do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or compensation. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the stated delivery timeframe.

6. International Orders

We ship to select countries in Asia and the wider Middle East. Customers outside the UAE must provide complete and accurate location information to verify import regulations and shipping availability before purchase.

7. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer manufacturer warranties as per the original brand terms.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under specific conditions. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Refundable Orders

The following orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

- Discounted, promotional, or special-price or discounted items.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products.
- Project-based or bulk procurement orders.
- Special imports or products sourced upon client request.
- Installed, used, or commissioned equipment.

Once production, sourcing, customization, or discounted sale has been confirmed, cancellation and refunds are not possible.

Loss, Misplacement & Custody Disclaimer

Our responsibility for the product ends upon confirmed delivery. We do not assume responsibility, nor do we provide refunds or replacements, for items that are:
- Lost after delivery confirmation.
- Misplaced at the client’s location.
- Collected, retrieved, or handled by third-party logistics providers without our authorization.
- No longer under our supervision or custody for any reason.

Any claims related to post-delivery loss must be addressed directly with the logistics provider.

9. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the site, violate laws, post false information, or interfere with system integrity. All website content is the property of Flywheel ME or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled securely and will never be sold or misused.

11. Liability

Flywheel ME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of any product purchased or information presented on the website.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

13. Resale Pricing & Third-Party Customer Responsibility

Authorized purchasers, distributors, or resellers are not permitted to increase, alter, or manipulate product pricing beyond the official retail prices published by our brands or communicated by us in writing. Where a discounted, promotional, distributor, or project price has been granted by our company, the reseller may offer the product to their end customer at the official full retail price as listed on the brand’s website or official price lists. Any pricing above the official retail value, unauthorized surcharges, or misrepresentation of brand pricing is strictly prohibited and falls outside our company’s responsibility or endorsement. We reserve the right to revoke commercial cooperation, discounts, or future supply in cases where unauthorized pricing practices are identified.

If the purchaser is acting as a reseller, distributor, project contractor, or intermediary procuring goods on behalf of an end customer, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for all communication, representation, delivery coordination, installation, after-sales support, and any commercial or contractual obligations toward their end customer. Our company’s contractual relationship exists solely with the direct purchasing entity named on the invoice or quotation. We hold no legal, financial, or operational responsibility toward any third-party or end customer not directly invoiced by us. Any claims, disputes, losses, delivery issues, product use concerns, or commercial disagreements arising between the purchaser and their end customer remain exclusively the responsibility of the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall our company be liable for refunds, replacements, compensation, or damages claimed by third-party end customers in resale or project-based transactions.

14. Policy Applicability & Acceptance

These terms and conditions constitute the official commercial policy of our company and are not limited solely to purchases made through our website. They apply in full to all transactions conducted through any sales channel, including but not limited to:

- Website purchases
- Quotations and proforma invoices
- Direct sales agreements
- Project-based procurement
- Distributor or partner orders
- Email or offline purchase confirmations

This policy governs all devices, equipment, and brands supplied by our company, regardless of origin, manufacturer, or shipping country. By proceeding with any purchase, payment, or order confirmation — whether via website checkout, signed quotation, or invoice settlement — the customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
