The kBox uses flywheel technology which offers variable resistance, decreasing the need to shift weights and allowing the patient to determine the force output . This results in an effective workout that is also safe and has a lower risk of injury. The variable resistance applied produces a variable lever offering a smooth resistance throughout the exercise which strengthens the muscle over the whole range of motion (ROM). ROM is also easily adjusted if you want to limit the depth of the movement e.g. in a squat. This is useful if you want to prevent your patient working beyond certain angles, a common requirement during various rehabilitation pathways.

As an alternative to our standard design colors, you can select the Custom Design option above (Single Platform or Platform + Accessories), where you may specify any design of your choice, such as photographic images of your sport, or logotypes and colors of your team, or whatever pattern suits your facility or home.

Up to one hour’s design work is included from our team to help you realize the desired customizations you are looking for, including revisions to help perfect the results. However we reserve the right to disapprove of designs that may be in conflict with our brand or values but in such situations we’ll of course reimburse you for the cost of the Custom Design.
